Meet Olivia
While I was undergoing my Integrative Nutrition training, I started to support women in their relationships. Clients would open up about their intimacy issues and the hour would go by before we mentioned the broccoli on their plates. They would end our work feeling more loved, connected, and appreciated by their husbands.
I personally searched for guidance in sustaining a healthy, monogamous relationship and struggled to find educational resources. This led me to doing my own research using primary sources about female sexual health.
Alongside my research grew my mystical studies and I became passionate about teaching people how sex is a spiritual act. Sex is a precious energy exchange that leaves imprints in the womb and invites, sometimes unwanted, energies into a woman's sacred gateway, the Yoni. My spiritual approach comes from my background in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Akashic records, Erotic Blueprints, astrology, tarot, and more esoteric subjects. (Sex)
Another key component for my healing journey has been dance. I have been dancing since I was a little girl. I started with ballet and branched into modern ballet, hip hop, and flamenco. At a young age, my family signed up me and my younger cousin for a summer belly dance course in Poland. Fifteen years later, I immersed myself in the culture of the MENAT region and folklore dance styles. I dance with Yousry Sharif and Soumaya MaRose in NYC, focusing on Raqs Sharqi and Raqs Maghribi. I encourage every student interested in 'belly dance' to refer to these master teachers. (Sway)
Yoni steaming is an ancient method of healing the womb, across various cultures in the world. It has been a nourishing, self-care practice that connects me to my womb space. I have undergone the Steamy Chick certification to assist others in creating a safe set up for an at-home Yoni care practice. (Steam)
