Think of me as your Yoni Confidant. This 60-minute online session is a comprehensive overview of your cycle wellness, where we’ll explore it from a physical, spiritual, and emotional perspective. This will include a health history form, vaginal steam intake form, and your identified goals, the Yoni Yearnings.

Whether you're battling with PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, ovarian cysts, fibroids, painful PMS, irregular or absent periods, bacterial vaginosis, vulvodynia, cervical pain and other issues, this session will give you the tools to begin healing from the root cause. Clients walk away with an understanding of their current cycle health and its correlation to physical health and nutritional and herbal support to produce healthy hormones.

• A tapestry of your cycle: map your bleeding days, flow intensity, discharge, emotional patterns, and associated symptoms.
