V Steam Session & Consultation

V Steams are a folklore gynecological practice that belongs to every woman. It is a spa experience for the rejuvenation of the vulvovaginal and womb space. We will review your womb and menstrual health.

If online only, I will offer at-home set up instructions to prepare your own steams. If in person, the initial session will be 90 minutes with a custom steam, followed by laying down with a heating pad warming the belly. It will end with a crystal infused womb meditation in a salt cave.

Whether you're battling with PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, ovarian cysts, fibroids, painful PMS, irregular or absent periods, recurring yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, UTIs, vulvodynia, cervical pain and other issues, this session will give you the tools to begin healing from the root cause. Clients walk away with an understanding of their current cycle health and its correlation to physical health and nutritional and herbal support to produce healthy hormones.

• Understanding your cycle according to Traditional Chinese Medicine: number of bleeding days, flow intensity, discharge, emotional patterns and underlying imbalances.
• Recommended nutritional advice for healthier flow and/or herbs to aid well-being.
• Practices for your next bleed to reconnect with its sacred rebirth.
• Education about how the cycle is lunar, collection methods and their impact on your health, and an overview of the four internal seasons.
